My name is Andrew Culatto and I was brought up in Gibraltar. I studied art for 4 academic years in the U.K. and ended up in Spain where I did some sculpture work with my father John Culatto, a well known artist in Gibraltar.
I used to do illustrations and portraits to support me while translating in a Bible School and then I was asked to go and do some murals in a surf cafe in Tenerife. After my Tenerife experience, which i thoroughly enjoyed, I started advertising myself to do murals around the Costa Del Sol. I got some work doing murals and hand painted signs etc. I like doing big scale work and especially interacting with people. I started teaching art while at the same time doing my own work.
